I am a passionate Health & Wellbeing Coach based in London. With a Master’s degree in Sport, Health & Exercise Science and experience as a Personal Trainer, I specialize in helping people rebuild their confidence, strength, and overall wellbeing—both physically and mentally.
My journey has given me deep insight into the connection between mental health, self-care, and physical wellbeing. I’ve worked with individuals facing stress, anxiety, and low self-esteem, guiding them toward a healthier mindset and lifestyle. I also understand the challenges of navigating life transitions, including breakups, and the importance of reclaiming your power, rediscovering self-worth, and embracing a post-breakup glow-up.
